Type of Experience: Customer service clerk, Reservations clerk
Work Setting: Central reservation agency
Business Equipment: IBM compatible, Central reservation system (CRS)
Specific Skills: Quote fares and rates, Make and confirm reservations, Cancel or change reservations, Provide information on cancellation, late arrival and other policies, Input computer data, Suggest related products or services to clients, Process credit cards, vouchers and other payments
