Responsibilities:
Participates in the clerical and secretarial functions in the company.
Answers incoming calls and transfers to the requested line.
Welcomes visitors.
Answering visitors queries and directs them to their destination.
Takes and delivers messages for the different employees.
Responsible in logging incoming and outgoing documents including foreign employees’ passport.
Attends to a variety of administrative details such as keeping informed of the different company’s activities, transmitting information and monitoring day to day operations of the functional area of the company.
Checks incoming faxes and delivers to the right person.
Monitors office supplies including grocery items and process order for delivery.
Responsible in assisting Admin. in monitoring driver’s needs such as vehicle’s expenses.
Monitors different log books including employee attendance log book.
Helps admin department in making hotel reservations and books travel and tours for foreign employees.
Prepares invoices and check statements/DR for different company suppliers.
Helps admin department in the visa extension of the foreign employees.
Encodes receipts for reporting
