Euro leaders promise 9.1 trillion euro to the Philippines

QUEZON City, Philippines - In the near future, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will be connected by an efficient and fast bullet train system. Ret. Col. Rodrigo Bonifacio, a member of the Duterte administration think tank, the bullet train is part of the planned 9.1 trillion euro infrastructure project promised by European leaders.
