We are looking specifically for people to sell our product line.  All sales will be compensated by way of a recurring commission unless otherwise specified.

It is important to note that you will be acting as a representative of our product line and will not be a direct employee of Bella Mia, Inc. or it’s companies.  You will be provided with a W9 for tax purposes and will be compensated as a non-employee, outside contractor for Bella Mia, Inc. There are no benefits, base salary or any other compensation beyond commission. You are not prohibited from selling any other similar or competing product or service unless otherwise agreed to. We will provide you with the sales tools and any training required to help you better understand our product line.  This training is limited to the products and services only. We do not provide a “sales training” or any other “on the job training.” You will not be required to provide any service or support for any customers. Bella Mia will provide all post sales, service and support.  What we need from you is to generate sales leads that convert to sale and a recurring customer.  As long as the sales leads you convert remain current paid customers, you will continue to be paid a percentage of that customers monthly, quarterly and or annual payment.

We will generate monthly reports detailing any customers you have converted and issue payments only after a customer has made payment to Bella Mia, Inc.  Payments will be issued within 15 days of customer payments to ensure payments clear and are deposited.  Payment will be issued via PayPal, Check and or ACH.  All fees associated with any transfer of funds will be the sole responsibility of the Sales Rep. Any and all other expenses incurred in the procurement of sales leads and or orders will be the sole responsibility of the Sales Rep.  Non paying customers will result in non-payment of commission until such time as the customer become current.

The services  you will be selling are primarily, Web Hosting, Dedicated Servers and Server Colocation. It is important that you be familiar with these services and have some experience in the Internet, ISP, Hosting Industry.  Our company caters to a unique niche’ of professionals, small businesses, and mid range business that are looking for personal attention, good support, and friendly service at an affordable price. As a family owned business we seek to provide just that.

The process is rather simple. You operate as a Rep (Sales Representative) for Bella Mia, Inc. acting not as a reseller, but rather an agent under contract from Bella Mia, Inc. You generate a sales lead for any of our products and pass the order onto us and we do the rest. Once the customer is handed off we will handle the order procurement, provisioning of services, all billing and support.

How you generate these leads is entirely up to you. However we strictly forbid you from generating leads/sales through any unconventional manner, illegally or any other questionable way such as spamming, affiliate linking, etc.  Doing so can do harm to our existing business and customer base and will result in our relationship terminating.

Commissions are paid in percentages of the recurring sales (price/plan) which does not include any sales tax, set up fees or other charges unless otherwise specified.  The rate at which you are paid is determined by the product sold and its commission level. Sales volumes exceeding $5,000 monthly recurring are eligible for larger percentage commissions.
