Salary: $17.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Education: Not required
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Food Safe Certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Languages: Speak English, Read English
Work Setting: Restaurant
Cuisine Specialties: Korean
Food Preparation Specializations: Stocks, soups and sauces, Meat, Seafood
Types of Meals/Food Prepared: All meals
Specific Skills: Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods, Plan menus, Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, Estimate food requirements and costs, Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, Manage kitchen operations
