Load wallet replenishment via METROBANK payment systems now available!



Metrobank
With over 500 branches nationwide, Metrobank introduces easy ways to replenish your VMobile load wallet at no extra charge. “Same-day crediting” applies, NO LX RELOAD command required. Here are the options:
Via Branch Counters:
  • Go to the nearest or most convenient Metrobank branch.
  • Get a copy of the “PAYMENT SLIP” (Green formNOT the Blue Form DEPOSIT SLIP and accomplish the required information/details:

    Company Name: VMobile
    Subscriber Name: Member's Name (i.e. Juan dela Cruz)
    Subscriber Number  : Members ID Number (i.e. 5412345678)
    Reference Number: Cellphone Number (0909-1234567)
    Mode of Payment : Cash/ Check/ Debit Account
    Amount of Payment: Php xxx.xx <amount desired>
      
    Note: Slips are to be accomplished in duplicate copies
    (1st Copy – Bank copy while 2nd Copy – Client’s copy)
  • Present payment slip to Metrobank tellers together with cash/check & SOA.
  • Once validated, the teller will give you your validated copy.
  • Before leaving. Check & verify the copy received (payment slip serves as proof of payment).
Via MetrobankDirect:
  • Go to your Metrobank branch of account and enroll in MetrobankDirect.
  • Login to https://personal.metrobankdirect.com/ and select “PAY BILLS
  • Under SPECIAL BILL choose VMobile Technologies Inc. from the dropdown list of billers.
  • Input the required information:
  • Subscriber Number: Members ID Number (i.e. 5412345678)
    Reference Number: Cellphone Number (0909-1234567)
    Account Number : <Account Number where the payment will be sourced from>
    Amount of Payment: Php xxx.xx <amount desired>
    Credit Date: <“Immediate Payment” or “Future Dated”>
     
  • Click CONTINUE button.
  • Click CONFIRM button for the system to process your payment.
  • View or print Transaction Acknowledgment Receipt   as proof of payment.

Via Mobile Banking:
  • Go to your Metrobank branch of account and enroll your Globe, Sun or Smart phone in Mobile Banking.
  • Download the Metrobank Mobile Banking applet through a link sent via SMS text by Metrobank. A confirmation shall be sent once registration is successful.
  • Select PAY BILL”.
  • Select Biller; select Others; and select “VMobile Technologies Inc”.
  • Input the required information:
  • Subscriber Number: Members ID Number (i.e. 5412345678)
    Account Number : <Account Number where the payment will be sourced from>
    Amount of Payment: Php xxx.xx <amount desired>
     
  • Key in your MPIN to confirm the transaction.
  • Wait for the SMS confirmation of thestatus of your payment and save the message for future reference.
