Responsibilities: Oriental Mindoro (Calapan) (Calabarzon & Mimaropa)
- Ensures that targeted cost of sales is achieved.
- Ensures that targeted kitchen utility cost ( light and water, kitchen fuel) is chieved.
- Monitors preparation, presentation and proper handling of food based on standards and specifications.
- Coordinates with the BSC for party menus, additional orders/ items, and dispatching of party menus.
- Anticipates and plans for special occasions when full-house capacity is expected.
- Plans and costs employees’ meal based on budget*.
- Ensures all equipment is being used properly and energy-saving techniques are being employed.
- Coordinates with the Branch Manager on cost reduction and control systems and procedures.
