PINOY 2013 ELECTION

Filipinos vote early at local Manila precincts on Monday May 13 2013. According to the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), the total number of registered Filipino voters for this year has reached 52,014,648, and a total of 18,053 government positions will be elected in the 2013 midterm elections.
