UnionBank’s Asset Recovery Group will be conducting their 208th Special Public Auction of foreclosed properties on October 26, 2013, Saturday, 9:00am, at the Function Room No. 1, 28th Floor, UnionBank Plaza, Meralco Avenue corner Onyx Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Philippines.
A total of 143 residential and commercial foreclosed properties from the Luzon and Metro Manila areas are included in the first auction of the day, which starts promptly at 9:00am.
The second auction which starts immediately after the Luzon and Metro Manila areas includes the brand new house and lots located at the Amalfi in Dasmarinas, Cavite.
