MANAGEMENT TRAINEE / SHIFT MANAGER -

Quezon City (Cubao, Fairview)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male / Female
• Graduates of HRM, Food Technology or any Business courses preferably from reputable schools and with above average scholastic records
• With experience in restaurant / coffee operations in the same capacity
• With very pleasing personality; fair complexion;  good physical condition;  neat appearance (well-groomed, no distracting visible mark/s)

Minimum Age requirement:

• For Area Managers: At least 33 years old
• For Store Managers / Asst. Store Managers 1:   At least 28 years old
• For Asst. Store Managers 2 / Management Trainees:  At least  25  years old

Minimum Height requirement:

• For Female:  At least 5’3
• For Male:  At least 5’6

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Key Competencies:
Communication Skills

• An engaging conversationalist (able to communicate effectively; and able to listen attentively)
• Professional in all forms of communication

Technical Competence

• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations (i.e. cash and people management; P & L; inventory)
• Adept in handling and leading a shift
• Values sales and budget

Guest (Customer) Service

• Knows the value of true guest (customer) service and practices it at all times
• Approachable but also has to have strong personality
• Self-starter ; Sensitive to the needs of the guests (customers)   
• Confident and Energetic
• An upbeat and bubbly person
• With sense of humor
• Self-assured

Stress Tolerance

• Manages to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Ability to handle different situationsS

Logical Ability

• Level-headed; uses common sense
