We are currently looking for Administrative Assistant to work in our Calgary, AB facility.

The Role
Supports area sales effort by participating in developmental assignments and performing various administrative tasks to support area sales management and team; ensures office is properly maintained.

More about the Job

• Requires current and continuing right to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Basic Qualifications

• Associates degree in business.
• Three years experience in an office support role.

OR

• High school education or GED.
• Five years experience in office an office support role.

Other Requirements

• High prioritization skills to effectively manage tasks to complete within required timeframes.
• PC and keyboard/mouse proficiency required, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications.
• Working knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and web development applications based on various technologies (i.e. multimedia platforms and web-based presentation applications such as Flash and Prezi) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; strong proofreading skills.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this position the job seeker must meet all of the above requirement; the following qualifications are a plus:

• Ability to filter and manipulate data in Excel.
• Proficient in PowerPoint.
