IT’S just as well that Energy Secretary Jose Ibazeta has declared that the outgoing administration will no longer rush the sale of the government’s 10-percent stake in the Philippine National Oil Co.-Exploration Corp. (PNOC-EC) in the Malampaya gas project, and that the matter is best left to whoever will be appointed by the new President after June 30.
