Fred Olsen Cruise Lines is in need of the following for our cruiseships:

Bar Waiter/Waitress
(Australia, Canada, France, Norway, United Kingdom)

Responsibilities:
Assign barmaids for side-duties and time a schedule for doing it.
Check punctuality of the staff.
Cleaning should be lead by the captain waitress/waiter.
Check if lounges are clean, in order and ready for operation.
Check if standard operating procedures are carried out during the actual operation.
Handle guest complaint if the waitress/waiter fails to do so.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent in a three-star to five-star rated hotel.
15 Full-Time and Contract position available.
