Field and shop roles are currently available with this company. This company deals with Ag and construction equipment, the need right now is someone who will be focused on repairs and maintenance to farm machinery but there will be opportunities to gain experience also working with construction equipment. This will ensure that each day will be different and technicians will be exposed to working on a large variety of equipment including: Tractors, seeders, sprayers, combines, skid steers, wheel loaders, excavators, dozers, trucks etc. Journeyman certification as either Heavy Equipment Technician or Farm Machinery Technician is required. $28.00 - $32.00/hr plus $1.00-$4.00/hr efficiency bonus and $1000/yr tool and boot allowance.
