Our client is a fast growing international company that offers innovative solutions for the automatic identification of goods and people. An opportunity has now arisen for a Warehouse Assistant to join their team.

This role would suit an organised and proactive warehouse assistant looking to develop their career with a fast paced and forward thinking organisation offering an excellent benefits package.

As the Warehouse Assistant, you will assist with the receipt and dispatch of equipment in an effective and efficient manner and deputise for the Goods In/Out Supervisor when required.

You will be tasked with:

- Receiving incoming consignments
- Updating the service management systems
- Booking online international and domestic consignments through couriers
- Checking sales order delivery notes, packing and dispatching goods
- Ensuring faulty and repaired equipment is booked in
- Liaising with the sales ordering department on receipt of new equipment

To be considered for the role of Warehouse Assistant, you must have previous experience in a similar role and a good level of computer literacy, particularly using email.

Additionally, you must demonstrate a pro active approach to resolving problems. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels whilst maintaining a calm and methodical approach.

It would be beneficial if you have completed a manual handling course.

Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Ascot, or be willing to relocate.
