Vice President Jejomar Binay Thursday expressed optimism that the country’s education system will soon improve with proper reforms in the education system coupled with good governance.
Binay made his frst official visit to Mindanao, particularly in Davao and Sulu on Wednesday and Thursday since he assumed the post as Vice President.
In Patikul, Sulu’s Datu Udin Badjin Central Elementary School, Binay distributed 560 packages of school supplies and textbooks donated by Presidential sister Kris Aquino.
